Amnesty International Describes Baku Conviction of Ruben Vardanyan as “Travesty”. Marie Struthers, Amnesty International’s Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, has described the recent convictions former Artsakh military and political officials held in Azerbaijan as “noting short of a travesty”.
